REWARD $10,000 HOMICIDE VICTIM TIMOTHY SCOTT The Mayor’s office has authorized a $10,000 reward for information leading to the identification, arrest and prosecution of the suspect(s) responsible for the murder of Timothy Scott. On January 7, 2007 at 0258hrs, Timothy Scott was found shot to death in front of 2120 Mission Street. Timothy Scott's body was placed onto the side walk from a vehicle that quickly fled the scene. It is unclear as to the location where he was fatally shot.
