Relondo Jacori Bell

On August 3, 2023, Relondo Jacori Bell was shot and killed near 78 Kelloch St. in San Francisco. The Volkswagen Tiguan shown in the Crime Bulletin was involved in the homicide. It has been recovered. Investigators are seeking information on the individual(s) associated with this vehicle
