$100,000 REWARD HOMICIDE VICTIM ORLANDO MARKHAM The Office of The Mayor has authorized a $100,000 reward for information leading to the identity, apprehension, and conviction of the subject(s) responsible for the death of Orlando Markham. On Thursday, October 12, 2006, Mr. Markham was shot and killed while he was in front of a residence at 162 West Point Road. Information received from anonymous sources at the scene identified 3 men, 1 armed with a rifle.
