$25,000 REWARD The Office of the Mayor has authorized a $25,000 reward for information leading to the identification, arrest, and conviction of the suspect(s) responsible for the death of Germaine Harris. HOMICIDE VICTIM GERMAINE HARRIS On June 6, 2008, at 2:13 AM, Germaine Harris was shot and killed on the 1600 block of Harrison Street. The victim had been working as security at "Holy Cow" bar. The victim left the bar to walk to his car which was parked a couple of blocks away. The suspect(s) drove up in a silver Volkswagen Jetta and fired several shots at Mr. Harris.
