$50,000 Reward 2022-006 7/08//2022 Victim: Eduardo Tay The City and County of San Francisco has authorized a $50,000.00 reward for information leading to the identification, apprehension, and conviction of the person(s) responsible for the murder of Eduardo Tay. On 05/05/2017, at approximately 6 pm, Eduardo Tay was shot at the intersection of Palou Avenue and Newhall Street in San Francisco, CA. Eduardo was transported to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. It is believed that there may be persons who either witnessed the event or may have information obtained from the suspects.
