$10,000 REWARD Victim Anthony Brooks and Victim Monte Frierson The Office of the Mayor has authorized a $10,000.00 reward for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspect(s) responsible for the shooting deaths of Anthony Brooks and Monte Frierson. On Friday, August 11, 2006 at 6:32 pm., Anthony Brooks and Monte Frierson were shot on the 1500 block of Kirkwood ave. The suspects fled up Kirkwood Ave. towards Mendell St. in a grey or blue four door vehicle.
