Theft

Ingleside Officers Cvetovac and Kikuchi were dispatched to investigate a phone theft. The victim told the officers he was walking down Delta Street when a suspect ran up behind him and took his cellphone from his hand. The suspect then ran away to an older minivan, jumped in, and sped away. Officer Kikuchi found a nearby resident with security cameras who let him download video of the suspect’s vehicle.
