Attempted Homicide, Property Theft

On 8/13/18, a suspect struck a victim multiple times on the head with a blunt object at “Parrot Park,” located at Clay and Davis St. The victim sustained life threatening injures. The suspect then stole property from a second victim who witnessed the assault. The suspect fled the area prior to police arrival. Central Station Investigation Team (SIT) conducted an investigation, identified the suspect and disseminated a crime bulletin for the suspect’s arrest.

After reading Central SIT’s crime bulletin, Southern Station officers located the suspect at the United Nations Plaza on 9/23/18. Officers arrested and booked the suspect at the County Jail for attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon, and theft.
