Arrest

Officers responded to 360 4th Street in regards to an alarm activation. Officers arrived and observed that a door on the Shipley Street side was closed but not secured. They also noticed damage and pry marks on the door and door frame. Officers entered the premises and conducted a search of the building. During the search they located Bradford Nicholson hiding next to a refrigerator. Officers took Nicholson into custody, conducted a computer records check and discovered that he had an active $5000 San Francisco County Warrant for possession of burglary tools and petty theft. Officers seized a crow bar, aviation scissors, blow torch, screwdriver, magnet, wrench and a flashlight from a backpack that Nicholson claimed was his. Nicholson was booked for burglary and possession of burglary tools.
