Effective 0001 hours on January 1 of each year, any sworn member who has not completed this mandatory training SHALL NOT operate a department vehicle until the training is completed. Members returning from approved leave after December 31 shall complete the training immediately upon their return before operating any department vehicle. This annual attestation of understanding is deemed completed when the test is completed in PowerDMS.
