$10,000 REWARD Homicide Victim Jose Luis Hernandez The Office of the Mayor has authorized a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest, and conviction of the person(s) responsible for the homicide of Jose Luis Hernandez. On January 3, 2010, between 0135 and 0200 hours, Jose Luis Hernandez was murdered as he was walking home in the area of Naples and Persia in the Excelsior District of San Francisco. Victim Hernandez was shot at the intersection of Edinburgh and Persia and subsequently died in front of his home at Persia and Naples.
