$25,000 REWARD The Office of the Mayor has authorized a $25,000 reward for information leading to the identification, arrest, and conviction of the suspect(s) responsible for the death of Harris Fulbright. HOMICIDE VICTIM HARRIS FULBRIGHT "AKA" DH On Saturday, June 27, 2009, at approximately 03:02hrs, Harris Fulbright was shot and killed in front of 220 Jones St, San Francisco California. The Homicide Inspectors have identified and interviewed numerous witnesses to this crime. However, there is insufficient evidence to make an arrest at this time.
