The San Francisco Police Department’s Special Victims Unit, along with Richmond Police Station and the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) arrested a suspect who recruited a juvenile for the purpose of commercial sex, on March 11, 2013. The suspect agreed to meet the juvenile at 48th Avenue and Point Lobos in San Francisco. The suspect then drove to the arranged location, where two suspects were subsequently placed under arrest.

The first suspect is identified as 39 year old, San Francisco resident, Jaquain Young. Young was charged with human trafficking, pandering, pimping, participating in a criminal street gang and conspiracy, all felony charges.

The second suspect is identified as 25 year old, San Francisco resident Ijeoma Ogbuagu. Ogbuagu was charged with participating in a criminal street gang, conspiracy and an outstanding felony warrant.
