SFPD Makes Three Arrests, Seizes nearly 100 grams of Narcotics in Central District #26-081

On Sunday, July 5, 2026, at approximately 3:23 a.m., San Francisco Police officers from Central Station were dispatched to the area of Mason and Pine Streets regarding a possible vehicle burglary.

Officers patrolled the area and observed a male lying on the sidewalk near a vehicle. As officers passed, the man attempted to flee the area. While detaining the man for their investigation, officers located two other men in proximity to the same vehicle who then attempted to flee.

All three men were detained for the investigation. Officers developed probable cause to place the three men under arrest.

During a search of the suspects, officers located nearly 50 grams of fentanyl, 23.5 grams of cocaine, and 22 grams of methamphetamine. In addition to the narcotics, officers also seized over one thousand dollars in U.S. Currency.

All three men were transported to the San Francisco County Jail.

These arrests come as members of the community have recently expressed concerns about the sale of narcotics during overnight hours in the area, including the 900 block of Pine Street, to SFPD Central Station. The SFPD will continue to prioritize efforts to address the drug crisis in our city by taking wanted suspects off the streets and holding individuals who sell illegal narcotics accountable.

While arrests have been made, this remains an open and active investigation. Anyone with information is asked to contact SFPD at 1-415-575-4444. You may also Text-A-Tip to TIP411, beginning your message with "SFPD". You may remain anonymous.
