SFPD Seeking the Public’s Assistance in Locating Missing Person At-Risk #26-116
The San Francisco Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing person at risk.
Noel Mosely, aka “Larry,” was last seen on Tuesday, September 29th, 2026, at approximately 2:15 PM, on the 500 block of Geary St.
Mr. Mosely is described as a 78-year-old Black male, 5’11, 150 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes. He is considered “at-risk” because he suffers from Dementia.
Mr. Mosely was last seen wearing a black “49ERS” hat with a red emblem, black hoodie, blue jeans, and gray shoes.
Anyone who locates Mr. Mosely should call 911 and report his current location and physical description.
