On Tuesday September 10, at 10:00 AM PST, access to the Level II system for desktops and phones will be re-directed through the MyApps portal redacted.

Note that employees' access and login process for Level II is not changing for the patrol car MDC units.

This change is part of SFPDs overall journey to bring seamless and more efficient single sign-on (SSO) approach to all our applications and systems to help standardize and improve user experience.

The login credentials for Level II will now require the employees' DSW# and the current MyApps portal password. There is no system enhancement as the functionalities remain the same. An active account and the use of an approved computer are a requirement to access the Level II system.

The change on Tuesday September 10th at 10:00 AM should not interrupt any ongoing open system session.

The desktop and SFPD Mobile shortcuts will be updated and primary access to Level II will be through MyApps portal.

Instructions for accessing Level II are available on the SFPD Intranet under the Technology section, Level II: redacted and attached to this notice.

For questions or for employees experiencing login/password issues, please contact the helpdesk via email at redacted, or by phone at redacted during Mon-Fri 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM or at redacted for after hours.
