SFPD Announces $225,000 Reward in 2012 Double Homicide 25-080

On June 13th, 2012, at approximately 10:20 pm, 20-year-old Chastity Dollison, her father 39 year 39-year-old Allen Vance, and a family friend were traveling in a white 2-door Lexus Eastbound on Silver Avenue near Elmira Street, when their vehicle ran out of gas. While seated in the vehicle and waiting for a friend to assist them, an unknown person(s) came up on foot to their vehicle and fired several shots into the vehicle, killing Chasity and Allen, who were in the front seat. The family friend in the back seat, who was visiting from out of state, was also shot and survived.
