Missing Person: Marsandra Louise Richardson

San Francisco Police are seeking the publics’ help in locating Marsandra Louise Richardson.

Marsandra Louise Richardson is a 30 year old Black Female who was last seen leaving her home located at 1100 block of Scott Street, in San Francisco on October 4, 2013 at 10:00 PM.

She has no known medical or psychological disorders at this time.
