Central Station Newsletter - August 22, 2018

I recently received an email from a citizen about his interaction with Officers from Central Station and I would like to share it with our community:

“Captain Yep - At 3:11 a.m. this morning I called -911 for a woman screaming in the 400 block of Union Street. She was screaming at the top of her lungs, and her screams sounded like someone in pain. When I phoned from my apartment, I couldn't see her, only hear her. I thought she was being beaten up, but when I went downstairs to wait for the officers, the woman was alone. It seemed the "beating" I heard was only the woman herself, beating on car hoods.
