SFPD Seeking the Public's Assistance in Locating Missing Person At-Risk #26-071

The San Francisco Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing person at risk.  

Mary Dykhuizen was last seen on Thursday, June 18, 2026, leaving her residence on the 1300 block of Stanyan Street.

Ms. Dykhuizen is described as a 75-year-old white female, 5’4”, 135 pounds, with gray hair and blue eyes. She is considered “at-risk” because she suffers from Alzheimer's.

Ms. Dykhuizen was last seen wearing a blue baseball hat, blue quilted vest, black turtleneck top, black pants, and black sneakers.

She is familiar with MUNI lines 43, 33, and 37 at Stanyan Street and Parnassus Street or Clayton Street and Carmel Street.
