SFPD Announced $25,000 reward increase in a 2001 Homicide #26-017

On June 18, 2001, 25-year-old Paula Brien was found deceased near the 400 block of Harriet Street after leaving a bar located in the area of 6th and Mission Streets with an unknown male driving a red vehicle. No arrests have been made at this time.

A person of interest is described as a 200-pound, 5’11 -6’0 ft, Caucasian male, between the ages of 35-40 years old in 2001 with dark brown hair and deep-set eyes.

This investigation has been led by the SFPD Homicide Detail.   

The San Francisco Police Department has authorized a $25,000 increase reward for information leading to the identification, arrest, and conviction of the suspect(s) in this case.
