I am pleased to present to you a NIBRS RMS informational video which covers what NIBRS is, some changes you can expect with the new RMS that will replace CDW, and its impact to SFPD and our San Francisco community.

NIBRS Certification is issued by the State when an agency meets both FBI and California DOJ reporting requirements.

NIBRS = National Incident-Based Reporting System
CIBRS = California Incident-Based Reporting System
RMS = Records Management System
