SFPD Announces $50,000 Reward for Mission District Homicide 24-083(a)

On August 5, 2024, at approximately 5:02 a.m., San Francisco Police officers responded to the area of 20th and Shotwell Streets on a report of a physical assault involving a firearm. Officers arrived on scene and located 32-year-old male, Keith Albert, a wheelchair bound San Francisco resident suffering from a gunshot wound. Officers and medics rendered aid, but despite life-saving efforts, the victim was declared deceased at the scene. 

The SFPD Homicide Detail is leading the investigation and has authorized a $50,000 reward for information leading to the identification, arrest, and conviction of the person(s) responsible for the homicide of Keith Albert. This is an open and active investigation.
