SFPD Academy Class 237th Graduation December 27th.

The San Francisco Police Department will be holding a graduation ceremony for the 237th Academy Class on Friday, December 27th, at the Scottish Rite Auditorium, 2850-19th Avenue at Sloat Blvd. at 6:00 P.M. There are 43 recruits graduating from the class.

In this Class there are five female recruits and the remaining are males. Several recruits are bi-lingual. The languages spoken are: Spanish, Cantonese, Tagalog, Russian and Pushtu. Twenty eight have degrees in various studies.

The 237th Academy Class has completed 31 weeks of training. Following the graduation, the newly sworn officers will begin a 16-week field-training program at the Department’s district stations.
