UPDATE: Recovered Body Confirmed Related to the Valore #26-086(b)

The body recovered on July 16, 2026, by the San Francisco Marine Unit 3 is confirmed to be one of the three people who went missing after the Volare vessel sank on July 14, 2026.

SFPD will continue its investigation into the cause of the sinking vessel while continuing the recovery efforts for the remaining two individuals missing.
