SFPD Seeking the Public’s Assistance in Locating a Missing Person At-Risk 25-073

The San Francisco Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing person at risk.  

Elaine Pon was last seen on June 13, 2025, at approximately 1:45 p.m. from the unit block of Columbus Avenue.  Ms. Pon is known to frequent Pier 39 and the Embarcadero. 

Ms. Pon is described as a 53-year-old Asian female, 5’5”, 120 pounds, black hair, and brown eyes.  She is considered “at-risk” due to her mental health concerns.

Ms. Pon is known to wear black/white patterned leggings and sneakers.

Anyone who locates Ms. Pon should call 911 and report her current location and physical description.
