SFPD Seeking the Public’s Assistance in Locating a Missing Person At-Risk 25-063

The San Francisco Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing person at-risk.
Kenneth Uchida was last seen on May 22, 2025, at approximately 9:00 a.m. from the unit block of Bitting Avenue. Mr. Uchida likes to ride public transportation and frequents the Portola Branch Library (380 Bacon Street), the Main Library (100 Larkin Street), City Hall, Potrero Shopping Center, San Bruno Avenue, and the Silver Avenue corridor.
Mr. Uchida is described as an 82-year-old Asian male, 5’10”, 185 pounds, gray hair, and brown eyes. He is considered “at-risk” because he suffers from Alzheimer’s disease.
Mr. Uchida was last seen wearing a fleece jacket, dark blue pants, and black/neon green shoes.
