The ongoing efforts to curb the sale and proliferation of dangerous drugs in the Tenderloin led by the Drug Market Agency Coordination Center (DMACC) result in another drug arrest and the seizure of over five pounds of narcotics and one ghost gun.

On Wednesday, August 9, 2023, officers from the SFPD Narcotics Unit located Carcamo on the 900 block of Eddy Street and took him into custody without incident. During a subsequent search of Carcamo’s person, officers located over 100 grams of suspected narcotics and several hundred dollars in U.S. currency.

Investigators then served the search warrants on Carcamo’s vehicles and his residence on 72nd Avenue in Oakland. Investigators located the following:

  • 2,168 grams of fentanyl
  • 158 grams of base rock cocaine
  • 72 grams of methamphetamine
  • 30 grams of heroin
  • 2 grams of cocaine salt
  • One (1) loaded ghost gun
