SFPD make arrest in the homicide that occurred early Monday at 21st & Bartlett St.

Homicide investigators working with officers from Mission Station identified a suspect. The Violence Reduction Team responded to the area of the 1100 block of Valencia Street and located the suspect. Vincent Jacobo, 56 years old, San Francisco resident was arrested without incident. Police are still actively investigating this case. Anyone with information is encouraged to call the police department. No booking photo available at this time, since there may still be identification matters.
