San Francisco Police Seeking the Public’s Assistance in Locating Missing At-Risk Person 21-017

Investigators with the San Francisco Police Department’s Missing Persons Unit are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing at-risk adult.

Seventy-nine-year-old Ulysses Green was last seen leaving his residence on the 400 block of 31st Avenue on January 21, 2021.  He was reported missing on January 26th.  Green is considered at risk due to his age and medical conditions.

Mr. Green is described as an African American male, 5’-06”, 120 pounds with gray dreadlock style hair, brown eyes, and a beard.  He was last seen wearing a black top hat, red scarf with green stripes, a white jacket with black sleeves, black pants, and black shoes.
