San Francisco Police Seeking Public Assistance in Identifying Face Stabbing Suspect 21-074

On Saturday, February 13, 2021, at approximately 1:15 PM, the victim, a 31-year-old male was in the area of UN Plaza (7th & Market Streets) with a friend and his co-worker when an unknown male stabbed him in the face without provocation. The suspect fled on foot running eastbound on Market Street towards 6th Street. Officers arrived on scene, located the victim who was suffering from a laceration to his face, and summoned medics to the scene who transported the victim to the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.

Officers searched for the suspect, but he was not located. The suspect fled the scene on foot and is described as a black male, 30-40 years old, approximately 5’6” tall, medium build, and was last seen wearing a black jacket and black hat and was holding a knife.
