San Francisco Police Make Arrest in November 11th Excelsior District Homicide 19-133

On Friday, November 18, 2016, at approximately 12:30 AM San Francisco Police officers responded to the 1100 block of Market Street in regards to an aggravated assault.  Officers located 56-year-old William Evans suffering from apparent trauma.  Unfortunately, Evans later succumbed to his injuries.  The SFPD Homicide Detail began an investigation, which led to the identification of the suspect, 31-year-old Rafael Esputinian of San Francisco.

On Sunday, November 11, 2019, at approximately 4:17 PM, San Francisco Police officers from Ingleside Station responded to the 900 block of Madrid Street and located Esputinian.  Esputinian was booked at San Francisco County Jail on charges of a restraining order violation, resisting arrest and a San Francisco warrant for homicide.
