San Francisco Police Investigate Tenderloin District Homicide 22-030

On Tuesday, March 1, 2022, at approximately 8:37 a.m., San Francisco Police officers from Tenderloin Police Station responded to the unit block of 6th Street for a report of a stabbing. Officers arrived on scene and located a 47-year-old male victim suffering from apparent stab wounds. Officers rendered aid and summoned medics to the scene, but despite life-saving efforts, the victim succumbed to his injuries and was declared deceased on scene.

This investigation is being led by the SFPD Homicide Detail.
