San Francisco Police Investigate Grove and Webster Homicide 21-175

On Friday, September 17, 2021, at approximately 10:29 p.m., San Francisco Police officers from Northern Station responded to the area of Grove and Webster Streets regarding a shooting. Officers arrived on scene and located an adult male victim suffering from injuries caused by gunshots. Officers immediately rendered aid and summoned medics to the scene who transported the victim with life-threatening injuries. Despite the lifesaving efforts of the emergency responders and medical staff the 29-year-old victim succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at the hospital.  

The investigation is being led by the SFPD Homicide Detail.
