Missing Person At-Risk Located Safe 23-031(a)

On March 13, 2023, The San Francisco Police Department issued a news release seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing adult.  

Edwin Cruz Serrano was last seen leaving his residence on the 300 block of Edinburgh Street in San Francisco on Sunday, March 12, 2023, at approximately 5:00 p.m. to go to a business on the 500 block of Excelsior Street and did not return home. He is considered “at-risk” due to a medical condition. 

Mr. Cruz Serrano was located on March 14, 2023, in the area of Mission and 30^th Streets and appeared to be in good health. He was reunited with his family and foul play is not suspected.
