On May 1, 2023, The San Francisco Police Department issued a news release seeking the public’s assistance locating a missing at-risk adult.

Patricia Farrell was last seen at her residence on the 400 block of Huron Avenue in San Francisco on Sunday, April 30, 2023, at approximately 11:30 a.m.

Patricia Farrell was located on May 1, 2023, in front of her home on the 400 block of Huron Avenue. Farrell was transported to a local hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. Foul play is not suspected.
