Ingleside Police Station is partnering with the San Francisco Police Academy (350 Amber Drive) to host National Night Out (NNO) on Tuesday, August 7th, 2018 from 6PM-8PM. This coming Tuesday marks the 35th anniversary of NNO, where it is expected that 38.5 million people over 16,500 communities will join forces to promote police-community partnerships, to strategize on crime, drug, and violence prevention, to enhance safety, and to inspire neighborhood unity. There will be food, exhibits, city agencies, neighborhood groups, police recruits, and police cadets. There will be special appearances by the SFPD Mounted Horse Unit , the Bomb Squad, the Command Van, SFFD Fire Engine 26, and the Ingleside Community Police Advisory Board (CPAB) team, as well as a special demonstration by the Police Athletic League (PAL) Judo program.
