Ingleside Citizen of the Month - August 2018

Sam Tharani has been making meaningful investments in community engagement and community safety in the Excelsior neighborhood for the past 10 years and the Visitacion Valley neighborhood for the past 3 years. As a business owner, he has distinguished himself from his peers by being a public safety partner who incorporates community input and best practices from Community Policing Through Environmental Design (CPTED) to not only promote safety but true community bonds. It is for these reasons that Sam Tharani is this month’s “Featured Community Member.”
