Off Duty Police Officer Arrested by Concord Police

The San Francisco Police Department is responding to the report that the Concord Police Department arrested an off duty member of the Department for alleged off duty misconduct. Richard Hastings was arrested by Concord Police on August 21st and has been suspended without pay.

The San Francisco Police Department is cooperating with the Concord Police Department’s criminal investigation, while we conduct our administrative investigation.
