Drinking in Public

Ingleside Officers Watts and Lopez-Martinez were on routine patrol when they spotted a man drinking alcohol from a paper bag. The officers stopped and admonished him about the behavior. They also ran his name through the system and found he was on probation with a search condition, which led to the discovery of methamphetamine and a paraphernalia used to smoke the narcotic. The suspect was cited and released at the scene. Report number: 180759711
