SFPD Investigates Southern District Homicide #26-022

On March 4, 2026, at approximately 1:31 a.m., San Francisco Police officers responded to the 100 block of 6th Street regarding a shooting.

Officers responded to the scene and located a victim suffering from gunshot wounds and rendered aid. Paramedics responded to the scene to render aid and transported the victim to a local hospital for his life-threatening injuries. Despite the lifesaving efforts of medical staff, the victim was declared deceased at the hospital.
