SFPD Arrests Suspects from 2023 Bayview Homicide 25-108

On August 11, 2023, SFPD officers assigned to Bayview Station responded to the 1900 block of Keith Street on a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, officers observed a male victim lying on the ground suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Officers rendered aid, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). Paramedics arrived on scene and transported the victim suffering from life-threatening injuries to a local hospital. The victim later succumbed to his injuries on October 8, 2023, due to health complications from the shooting. 

The SFPD Homicide Detail took over the investigation, and the investigators obtained evidence to determine the identity of the homicide suspects as 22-year-old male Teangelo Harrison and 28-year-old male Tommy Thompson. 

On August 28, 2025, at approximately 7:20 a.m., SFPD investigators, with the assistance of the SFPD Tactical Unit, located Thompson and placed him under arrest without further incident. Thompson was transported to San Francisco County Jail and booked for homicide (187(a) PC). 

Harrison was already in custody for an unrelated incident and booked for homicide (187(a) PC).
