Form SFPD 320 "Offsetting Overtime Request" is officially discontinued and shall be recycled immediately. SFPD 320 shall no longer be used to request intermittent days off.

Members shall still request approval for intermittent days off through the chain of command, which will be captured in the Human Resources Management System (HRMS).
