Members may at times be approached by outside vendors that are seeking Department interest in their products or services. Vendors may attempt to communicate with a member in different ways such as email, in-person, or by phone.
Management and oversight of all vendor proposals is the responsibility of the Assistant Chief of Police. Any member of the Department who receives any communication about proposals from a vendor shall immeadiately notify the Assistant Chief of Police prior to responding and take no further action unless directed otherwise.
