Edgar Alfonso Ibarra
HOMICIDE $150,000 REWARD The San Francisco Police Department has authorized a $150,000 reward for information leading to the identification, arrest and conviction of the suspect(s) responsible for the murder of Edgar Alfonso Ibarra On November 28, 2006, at 1759 hours, Edgar Alfonso Ibarra was shot and killed on the 1200 block of Hampshire Street in San Francisco, California. The victim Ibarra was standing on the 1200 block of Hampshire Street when the suspect approached him. The suspect produced a handgun and shot the victim Ibarra several times killing him. The suspect then fled in a waiting vehicle. Alberto Casillas
The Office of the Mayor has authorized a $250,000.00 reward for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspect(s) responsible for the murder of Alberto Casillas On January 7, 2007, at 0217AM, Alberto Casillas was shot and killed inside his vehicle while driving in the area of 13th and Folsom Streets. The suspects had confronted the victim earlier in the evening at Club Caliente. During the confrontation, the suspect(s) brandished a firearm. A short while later, as the victim and his friend were driving away from the area, suspects fired multiple rounds into the driver’s side of the victim’s vehicle. Casillas was shot and subsequently died at SFGH.
