HOMICIDE VICTIM DEMOREA JACOBS
The Office of the Mayor has authorized a $ 10,000.00 reward for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspects responsible for the shooting death of Demorea Jacobs.
On August 21, 2004 at 11:19 PM, Mr. Jacobs was shot and killed while crossing the street with a friend on the 1200 block of Divisadero Street. Three men approached Mr. Jacobs and one fired a shot from a handgun killing him instantly. The suspects then fled from the scene on foot and were last seen running east on Ellis Street towards Scott Street.

Cedric Rucker was murdered while sitting in a rental car in Larch Alley on September 3, 2004. The shooter may have been on foot or in a vehicle.

HOMICIDE VICTIMS
The Office of the Mayor has authorized a $25,000.00 reward for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspect(s) responsible for the shooting deaths of Raphael Price and Roland White. On October 11, 2004, at 12:01 AM, Mr. Price and Mr. White were shot and killed while standing on the corner of 3rd St. and Newcomb Avenue. The shooting occurred when a vehicle pulled up to the scene and a man got out of the vehicle and began shooting randomly at the 50+ people congregating on the block. The suspect then re-entered the vehicle and fled on 3rd Street from Newcomb Avenue.

On January 18, 2005, at 9:40 in the evening, Mr. Helton was shot and killed while sitting in the passenger seat of a GMC van in the 500 block of Alemany Street. The suspect is described as a dark skinned African-American male, heavy set, and wearing his hair in braids. Suspects fled the scene in a maroon 2000 model van with tinted windows.

Victim FELIX CHULIM
The Mayor’s Office is offering a reward of $10,000.00 for information leading to the
arrest and prosecution of the suspect(s) responsible for the death of Felix Chulim and
On January 23,2005, at 0132 hours, Felix Chulim and Victor Baa-Euan were shot and killed while standing in front of 2276 Mission street, in San Francisco. The assailant(s) drove a 4-door Mazda, Honda, or Subaru of varying color descriptions. The suspect(s) fired several shots at the victims, without any apparent motive or provocation. Both victims died at the scene.
One suspect is described as Asian/ Hispanic male in his early 20’s wearing a light colored baseball cap. There were two other passengers in the suspect vehicle. The vehicle fled south on Mission Street.

The Mayor’s office has authorized a $100,000 reward for information leading to the identification, arrest and prosecution of the person/s responsible for the murder of Gaylon Smith Jr. Smith, known to his friends as “Seattle” was shot and killed at Lyon and Golden Gate Streets in San Francisco on February 24, 2005. Gaylon leaves behind a mother, father, sister and six children. To date, all possible leads have been followed, but the investigation of this homicide is still ongoing.
