On June 6, 2008, at 2:13 AM, Germaine Harris was shot and killed on the 1600 block of Harrison Street. The victim had been working as security at the "Holy Cow" bar. The victim left the bar to walk to his car, which was parked a couple of blocks away. The suspect(s) drove up in a silver Volkswagen Jetta and fired several shots at Mr. Harris. Mr. Harris died at the scene.

William Amrull was shot and killed at Holly Park Circle & Newman, across from Holly Park, on June 26, 2008, at 2:24 AM.

The Office of the Mayor has authorized a $75,000 reward for information leading to the identification, arrest, and conviction of the suspect(s) responsible for the death of Daniel Dennard.
On July 19, 2008, at 7:21 P.M., victim Dennard was shot to death while stopped at a red light at the intersection of Industrial and Bayshore Boulevard. The suspect was seen exiting a vehicle that had pulled up behind the victim's motorcycle. The suspect shot the victim, returned to his vehicle, and then drove north on Bayshore Blvd. Victim Dennard died a short time later at the hospital from multiple gunshot wounds.

On Sunday morning, August 3, 2008, Mr. Warren Foster Jr. was found lying in front of 215 Paul Street with gunshot wounds to his body. Mr. Foster was subsequently transported to San Francisco General Hospital, where he later died.

On August 22nd, 2008, at 0006 hrs. Mr Samuel J. Mitchell was shot and killed in front of 3173 26th Street, this City. A suspect was seen standing over the victim, Mitchell, while shooting him. The suspect was last seen running east towards Harrison Street.

On August 24, 2008, at 0103 hrs., victim Jorge "George" Hurtado, 18 years old, was shot and killed at 23rd and Treat Ave. as he was walking home with a friend. After the shooting, the suspect ran to an awaiting vehicle, which fled northbound on Treat Avenue. The suspect vehicle was described as a large dark colored SUV with a possible "lift kit".

The Office of the Mayor has authorized a $25,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect(s) responsible for the murder of Joshua Cameron.
On Friday, September 5, 2008, at 7:14 p.m., Joshua Cameron and a companion were approached from the rear by the below-described suspect as they walked on the 1000 block of Fillmore Street. The suspect shot and killed Victim Cameron and was last seen fleeing northbound on Fillmore towards Golden Gate Avenue.

The City and County of San Francisco has authorized a $200,000 reward for information leading to the identification, arrest, and conviction of the suspect(s) responsible for the death of Jordan McKay.
On Wednesday, September 17, 2008, Victim Jordan McKay had gotten off work and was riding home on his bicycle in the area of 15th Avenue and Cabrillo Street. 3-4 individuals driving in a 4-door light-colored 2008 Chevrolet Impala/Malibu stopped their vehicle and attempted to rob Victim McKay. McKay was attacked and fought back. In the struggle, one of the individuals described as Suspect#1 shot McKay. Suspects 1-3 got back into this white Chevrolet Impala/Malibu and fled southbound on 15th Avenue from Cabrillo. McKay died at the scene from the gunshot wound.
The vehicle used by the suspects in McKay’s homicide matches a vehicle used in an attempted robbery in the East Bay an hour before McKay’s homicide. It was later determined that the vehicle used in that attempted robbery in the East Bay was stolen. This vehicle was later found abandoned and burned the following day of the homicide of McKay on the unit block of Cashmere St. in San Francisco
Suspect #1: Black Male, 6'1"- 6'2", 190-200 lbs., 19-24 yrs old, braided hair to his cheekbone, wearing all black baggy clothing, black baseball cap worn backwards, dark hooded sweatshirt pulled over his head, dark denim jeans, armed with a black handgun, approx. 10" long, held in his right hand.
Suspect #2: Black Male, smaller than suspect #1, wearing a baggy black hooded sweatshirt and baggy jeans.
Suspect #3: Black Male, smaller than suspect #1, wearing a baggy black hooded sweatshirt and baggy jeans.
