To celebrate the contribution that fathers and father figures make for their children's lives, the San Francisco Police Department and the San Francisco Giants will team up to bring 50 fathers, daughters and sons to the San Francisco Giants game on Saturday, June 15. SFPD and the San Francisco Giants take pride in helping children of all ages develop physically, mentally, emotionally and morally. Fathers and children will be selected from various citywide community based organizations (CBOs) and various public housing sites.
There will also be a pre-reception (food and beverages) at The Atwater Tavern (295 Terry A. Francois Blvd., San Francisco) before the game.
